Service
  • All repair estimates are good for 30 days
  • ACE of Carts is NOT responsible for damage to customer property caused by theft, fire, or acts of God while on ACE premises.
  • Any vehicles not claimed after notification of completion may be subject to a $50 per day storage fee.
  • ACE of Carts is not liable for any property damage caused by a customer’s own vehicle due to improper use, storage, or pre-existing issues with the customer’s vehicle. This includes but is not limited to, any damage to surfaces caused by overfilled or leaking batteries
  • ACE of Carts is not liable for theft or damage of any personal effects that are not removed from a customer’s vehicle before the service appointment
  • Defects in workmanship are under warranty for 30 days from completion of service
Part Sales
  • All parts are new unless otherwise indicated
  • No refunds after 5 working days
  • No refund on electrical parts
  • All other parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • All returned parts must be in the original packaging, acceptable for resale
  • No refunds on special orders
  • Please allow up to 30-days for returns on electrical components. If an electrical component is tested  and deemed to be in proper operating condition,  the part may be returned to the customer without a refund
Vehicle Sales
  • Credit cards will be accepted for deposits ONLY on all new sales, not to exceed $1,000.
  • Balances must be paid by cash or check upon delivery, or wire transfer prior to delivery.
  • In the event that customer elects to return the product within 7-days, there is a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee. No returns after 7-days
  • In the event of order cancellation, ACE of Carts reserves the right to keep deposits on orders not from dealer stock
  • In the event of order cancellation with third-party financing, the customer is still be responsible for any lending fees incurred
  • ACE of Carts will provide free in-home service for 90 days from delivery and within 30 miles of the closest ACE of Carts service center.
  • After 90 days from the delivery, the customer will be responsible for a $150 Transportation Charge (Subject to change) regardless of any express vehicle warranties set forth by the manufacturer.
  • For purchases from current inventory, ACE will allow up to 7-days for the customer to take possession. If the customer elects to defer delivery in excess of 7-days, the customer will be required to arrange his/her own storage.
  • A charge of $35.00 will be accessed for each check returned by the bank for any reason.
