All attendees wishing to participate in the bidding must register before the auction. The auctioneer's decisions are final and binding on all matters concerning the bidding process and the outcomes of bids. At the auction's beginning, the auctioneer will announce if a lot has no reserve price. If no announcement is made, there is a reserve price, and if bids do not meet the reserve, the auctioneer will pass on the item and not sell it. Buyers must make full payment at the time of purchase. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the Hammer Price to constitute the Total Purchase Price. Unless the buyer presents a valid Florida Resale Certificate, sales tax will be collected on the Total Purchase Price.
